REDEI recently completed a successful Solar and Battery Hybrid system design and installation ahead of schedule at the Mount Baw Baw Ski school for Downer.
The system supplies the Ski School loads and exports any excess energy to the Mt Baw Baw Diesel Microgrid, and features REDEI’s Lithium Ion battery manufactured at our factory in Dandenong South. The site has been in operation since the beginning of April 2023 and ready for the peak snow season.
REDEI received excellent feedback from the Downer Group and Mount Baw Baw Management following practical completion stating the project was “a great experience from start to finish” highlighting that they were “was impressed the quality of the BESS equipment and installation methodology”
and “REDEI’s professional attitude when communicating with the customer” and appreciated REDEIs “efforts in completing the job with a sense of urgency and enabling a great outcome”.
